Easter Service and afternoon events

Dear Parents and Carers,

I have checked the weather forecast today for Corsham tomorrow morning. When we have planned to walk to school to St Barts Church, the forecast is for heavy rain. I have therefore taken the decision to hold the Easter service in school at 11:00am instead, which Reverend Johnson has kindly agreed to attend.

Unfortunately, the number of people who can be in the hall at any one time is limited due to fire regulations. It will not be possible at this late stage to allow adults to attend the service because we cannot ascertain how many of you are likely to attend. Therefore, on this occasion, this event will be for pupils only. I apologise in advance for any inconvenience and disappointment caused.

The forecast for the afternoon looks slightly better so I am hoping that the egg rolling event can still take place, even if we have to do it in separate key stages.

Thank you for your continued support.
